While this amulet is on your person, and when you cast a spell, you can expend any combination of spell slots that you have and add that total to the spell level that spell was casted at.
|
|
|
|
For example: you cast Fireball (3rd level spell) and use this amulet to expend two 1st level spell slots when you cast it. This means that Fireball is finally casted at 5th level.
